🥩 If your order is less than 25 pounds, your product will be combined with other carcass trim. Our mixer’s size and the curing process require this quantity for a safe, high-quality result.
In the “Comments” section, kindly include the following information:

1️⃣ The quantity or ratio of snack sticks and/or summer sausage you want us to craft for you.

2️⃣ Your flavor preferences for each item:
For Snack Sticks: Choose from Original, Cheddar, Jalapeno & Cheddar, Honey BBQ, and BBQ Habanero.
For Summer Sausage: Select from Original, Cheddar, and Jalapeno & Cheddar.
