I acknowledge that these items do not include any muscle meat except the heart and tongue, and that surrendering them does not give Alta Vista Locker LLC the right to take or use any muscle cuts from my animal. I understand that Alta Vista Locker LLC may dispose of these surrendered items through a rendering service (which Alta Vista Locker LLC pays for), may be reused to provide organs, variety meats, lard, or bones to replace similar items for customers whose own products were condemned, or may be resold by Alta Vista Locker LLC.
