When reviewing our fee structure, you may notice that our beef and bison processing prices look different than many competitors. Unlike most lockers, we do not charge a separate slaughter or disposal fee. Instead, those costs are already built into our per-pound processing rate. While this makes our per-pound number appear higher at first glance, once you add in what others charge for slaughter and disposal, you’ll find that our pricing is right in line — if not more competitive.
